JETS 2026 WRAP UP

What an incredible privilege it was to be a part of the judging panel for the JETS initiative at Berlinale. We were very proud of the two Australian Teams who presented Luna and Home Before Night. The project Luna came out the overall Australian winner, however we can’t wait to see the other movies made. 🎥
It was great to see the range of projects coming in from around the world and the quality made it very hard to pick one winner, and with some countries, we had to pick two! A big CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners of the JETS program for 2026! You can learn more about their projects at https://wepfilms.com/2026/02/suspense-sounds-und-sensations-marc-hairapetian-about-the-jets-winner-2026/
Thank you to WEPFilms for all your hard work putting this together and supporting emerging filmmakers from around the world, the Canadian Embassy in Berlin for hosting and the generous supporters below.
